GRCC GRADE INPUT REMINDERSTO LOG IN:
TO ENTER GRADES:
NOTE: The status of your grades are determined by the grading options below. You must change the Approval Status of your grades to Approved once you are finished with all the grades so that they will be posted to the students' record.
APPROVAL STATUS DEFINITIONS:
Not Reviewed. This status can be used to temporarily save grades on a daily basis. Then you must change it to Ready to Review or Approved. If you leave grades in this status they will be removed as the Registrar’s Office updates grade rosters on a daily basis. Do not expect your grades to remain in eGRCC for more than one day if they have this approval status.
Ready for Review. This is the option you would choose for partial posting of grades. The Registrar’s Office will run the Posting process daily. Anything saved in this status will be officially posted to the student’s record. You can still add the grades for students not posted.
Approved. When you complete all of your grading, change to this status and SAVE. The next time the Registrar’s Office runs the Posting Process, these grades will be officially posted to the students' records. Do not change to this status until ALL grades are entered and correct! This status does not allow you to go back and change grades.
