A microcosm of 65 staff whose purpose was to determine specific strategies or means needed to accomplish the College's eight Ends Policies.

Strategy Team 2000-2001

The Strategy Team became a microcosm of 65 staff working together to provide better service to more learners through the following means:

• Implement lean thinking principles
• Develop a department/unit level planning model
• Address the issue of campus climate
• Participate in the Michigan Quality Model process
