What we do

The Office of Institutional Research and Planning (IRP) conducts and coordinates research-related activities that are responsive and of strategic importance to the internal operations of the college. We maintain data and develop institutional research and planning processes that are responsive to internal informational needs. IRP prepares reports required by federal/state governments, accrediting organizations, and other reports required by the Board of Trustees. Research results generated by the office are used in college planning, management processes, decision making, and to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
