This session will explore authentic communication that requires a deep understanding of another person’s perspective. Participants will be guided through the process by which they can take into consideration our biases, behavioral idiosyncrasies, unspoken emotions, personal agendas, and unshared assumptions. The focus will be on collaborative communication strategies and practical application in the workplace.
