Conch Chowder, Squash and Pumpkin Soup
Angus demonstrates the secrets of two soups that have become favorites at GRCC's restaurant, The Heritage. Conch chowder, native to the Bahamas, and Squash/Pumpkin Soup are simultaneously prepared, along with a wonderful pepper sherry that was specifically designed to accompany the Conch. Angus demonstrates how to use the gourd itself as a bowl for the soup. By themselves or served with a meal, these soups are always a delight.
