Pork Tenderloin Main Dishes
The second episode on pork takes the five style of the pork tenderloin and teaches the proper methods and techniques to cook each one. Also demonstrated is a unique sauce designed to accompany any or all of main entrées. Roasting technique is particularly stressed because of its delicate nature. Also noted in this episode is the fact that beef or lamb tenderloin could be substituted for the pork.
