Wrapped, Packed and Stacked Chicken
Grilled chicken and vegetable wrap, served with roasted garlic and red pepper dip
Yields 2 servings
Red Pepper Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
1 Roasted Red Pepper
6 Roasted Garlic Cloves
1 cup Mayonnaise
Juice of 1 Lime
To taste Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Puree all ingredients together and season. Reserve for wrap.

Ingredients
2 Lavash
Reserved Red Pepper Garlic Dipping Sauce
Preparation
Spread lavash with dipping sauce.
Filling
Ingredients
2 Grilled Chicken Breasts- sliced into long strips
1/2 cup Green Pepper Strips
1/2 cup Carrot Strips
1/2 cup Mixed Greens
1/2 cup Red Onions
Preparation
Toss ingredients together and place lengthwise in lavash.
Wrap tightly and cut as desired.
The filling ingredients can be varied as desired.
Serve with fresh potato chips
