Linguine Carbonara
Ingredients
2 oz Procuitto Ham diced
2 oz Pancetta diced
2 oz Cheese Blend
2 oz Heavy Cream
2 oz Peas
1 oz Liquid Butter
1 Egg
1 Pinch Fresh Chives
10 oz (dinner) Linguine
or
8 oz (lunch) Linguine
or
4 oz (half) Linguine
Preparation
Heat pan to cooking temp, add pancetta, cook until pancetta is crisp. Add peas and cheese blend, and heavy cream, pour egg mixture over meat mixture. Toss thoroughly.
Place back on burner then place in bowl and add fresh chives
