Pork Satè
Yields 10 servings
Ingredients
2 lbs Cubed Pork
1 Onion diced
1 Chili Pepper
2 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Salt
2 oz Water
2 oz Oil
2 tsp Ginger - freshly grated
Preparation
Combine chili pepper, onion, ginger, lime juice, salt and water. Blend in a blender.
Marinate pork for approximately 1 1/2 hours in blended mixture.
Skewer and cook over char broiler until pork is crisp and brown. (8- 10 minutes).
