Shrimp Stir Fry
Yields 4 Serving
Ingredients
1 lb Shrimp
1 lb Cooked Pasta
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Sliced Onion
1/4 cup Sliced Green Onion
1/4 cup Sliced Celery
1/4 cup Sliced Carrot
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Cooking Sherry
1 tbsp Canola Oil
2 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Preparation
Combine sugar, soy sauce, cooking sherry, cornstarch and chicken broth – reserve.
Heat oil in wok or frying pan and stir-fry vegetables. Add shrimp and garlic powder. Add pasta and reserved liquid. Cook until thick and serve.
