Outlook 2000 Level 3 Description Students will learn how to use some advanced features, including managing and customizing their mail environment, customizing Calendar options, communicating over the Internet by using the Calendar, managing tasks and contacts, and working offline. Who Should Attend Individuals who want to learn how to use advanced management, customizing, and communication techniques and features of Outlook 2000. Length 7 hours Prerequisites Participants in this course should have taken Outlook 2000 Level 1 and Level 2, and be comfortable creating templates, forms, working with the Journal, and sharing information using public folders and Net folders. This course assumes students possess the skills necessary to work with advanced features of Outlook 2000.
