MOUS Certification Benefits

Businesses

Certification is a great fit for business for several reasons:

  • MOUS certification simplifies the employee selection and hiring process by easily identifying individuals who have validated their skills and knowledge.  Without administering validated testing, employers do not have a way to know if job candidates actually possess the knowledge and skills they claim to have.
  • Implementing MOUS for your own employees allows you to improve the efficiency and productivity of your organization.  The results of an independent research study of revealed that employers who invest in MOUS certification for their employees are able to increase their bottom line through measurable returns such as improved confidence and credibility among co-workers (up to 77%),  increased competency (up to 87%), and productivity (up to 83%).
  • Individuals who are willing and able to attain this level of proficiency tend to be the people who stand out in capabilities requiring less support, able to do more creatively things more independently.
  • Companies that are standardized on Microsoft Office and get their employees certified are definitely going to have a workforce with a higher level of efficiency giving them a competitive edge.

Individuals

Why should you be a Microsoft Certified Professional?

  • It’s a valuable credential recognized worldwide.  Earning MOUS certification acknowledges you have the expertise to work with Microsoft Office programs and sets you apart in today’s tough and competitive job market, bringing greater earning potential, career advancement and employment opportunities.
  • The certification tests model the “real world” environment.  When individuals complete the test, they have a proven proficiency that they can present to an employer.
