Description

This course is designed to continue to expand the participant’s knowledge of the injection molding process, giving an understanding of the advanced operating concept. Course topics can be tailored to meet specific company requirements for the operating personnel. 

Outcome Summary

Participant will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the use of systematic molding concepts (NACFAM CU1, CU2)
  • Demonstrate the ability to start up molding processes to setup sheets (NACFAM CT15, CT16, CT17, WS13)
  • Demonstrate the ability to make changes in the controller (NACFAM CU1, CU2)
  • Demonstrate the ability to purge the molding machine and change the color or material type (NACFAM WS13)
  • Demonstrate the use of the molding machine controls (NACFAM CU1, CU2, WS13)
