DISC - Role of the Leader

Description

This workshop is a follow-up to the DISC™ Behavioral Style Personal Profile Inventory.  Personalized, computer generated reports are used to take a closer look at ones’ own strengths and areas for improvement, as well as strategies for more effectively managing others.

Outcome Summary

Participant will be able to:

  • Identify personal behavioral style
  • Recognize the characteristics of the four behavioral styles in others
  • Identify communication styles and motivating factors in others (NACFAM CT9)
  • Develop strategies for increased work effectiveness

Who Should Attend

Team leaders, supervisors, and managers who are responsible for the work efforts of other employees. Experienced as well as new leaders will benefit from this self-analysis.

Learning Environment

Each course is offered in an interactive learning environment utilizing skill assessment, small group exercises, large group discussion, video examples and on-the-job application.
