DISC - Behavioral Style Personal Profile Inventory

Description

This workshop allows learners to develop an understanding of the characteristics and contributions of four different behavioral styles as described in the DISC™  model. Participants also identify their behavioral styles and how these styles affect relationships with others.

Outcome Summary

Participant will be able to:

  • Identify the characteristics of the four behavioral styles in the DISC™  model (NACFAM CT5)
  • Recognize strengths and limitations of each style
  • Identify your own DISC™  style and classical profile pattern
  • Apply profile information to the workplace.

Each course is offered in an interactive learning environment utilizing skill assessment, small group exercises, large group discussion, video examples and on-the-job applications.
