This workshop assists employees in the understanding and acceptance of diversity in the workplace.

Outcome Summary

Participant will be able to:

• Identify the various types of diversity (NACFAM WS6; WI11-12)
• Identify the benefits of a diverse workplace
• Understand their own and others’ biases and prejudice
• Identify methods for managing differences and potential conflicts
