Interpersonal Communication

Description

This workshop focuses on both verbal and non-verbal communication skills as well as identifying the barriers to effective communication and the strategies to overcome them.

Outcome Summary

Participant will be able to:

  • List the 3V’s of communication (NACFAM CT9)
  • Describe non-verbal components of communication: prejudices, assumptions, and the significance of body language (NACFAM WI11-12)

Who Should Attend

Anyone who is required to communicate with others on a regular basis, particularly leaders who are responsible for the work efforts of other employees.
