Mini Companies & Business Planning

Description

Adopting the “mini-company” philosophy is the focus of this facilitated workshop. Participants will gain the skills necessary to understand and develop a business plan as well as a measurement system for their mini-company. Management participation in the training insures effectiveness and implementation. Management needs to be involved in developing and verifying outcomes. It has been effective to have a cross-section of your organization involved in this learning activity.

Outcome Summary

Participant will be able to:

  • Develop a mini-company business plan (NACFAM BO 5)
  • Identify the advantages of a mini-company structure (NACFAM WI 1)
  • Measure the impact on company profit (NACFAM BO 1)
