Description

This workshop provides organizational tools and techniques for producing better results in the workplace. During this workshop, current strengths and weaknesses in organizing are identified as well as long and short term goals.

Outcome Summary

Participant will be able to:

  • Set long and short term goals
  • Clarify priorities (NACFAM LS1-5; WS7, 13, 17-21)
  • Analyze how they are currently spending their time
  • Effectively schedule activities
  • Minimize interruptions
