Participant will be able to:
- Identify techniques for managing group behavior (NACFAM CT10-14)
- Build on communication and learning style differences in a group
dynamic (NACFAM LS1)
- Set goals and objectives to maintain group focus and decision-making
(NACFAM CT5)
- Use group time effectively
