Performance Improvement

Description

This workshop identifies methods for improving performance through communication, goal setting and resource development.

Outcome Summary

Participant will be able to:

• Recognize opportunities for performance improvement
• Identifying performance discrepancies, getting at root cause, and training vs. systems problems (NAFCAM QA4-6; PC2)
• Respond to behaviors, give and receive feedback, and managing differences constructively
• Identify methods for preventing performance problems
• Identify improvement planning techniques: designing the high performance system, mutual expectations, and legal/ethical considerations

Who Should Attend

Attendance is recommended for those responsible for managing and improving employee performance. This may include team leaders, trainers, supervisors, managers, and other employees interested in improving workplace performance.
