Presentation Skills

Description

This workshop focuses on the maximization of audience retention by minimizing distractions. Participant presentations are videotaped for self, peer, and instructor evaluation.

Outcome Summary

Participant will be able to:

  • Prepare, organize and present information without using notes or outlines (NAFCAM CT23-25)
  • Increase impact and conquer nervousness: make eye contact, use effective body movement and use dynamic opening and closing statements
  • Gain audience participation and keep their attention by creating and using visual aids
  • Handle audience questions and deal with difficult people

Who Should Attend

Anyone who is required to do organized presentation to peers, customers, or management as part of their current job responsibilities.
