This workshop is a supplement to Preventing and Dealing
with Sexual Harassment: For Employees. Additional information on company
and individual liability, as well as how to handle a sexual harassment
complaint legally and effectively, will be covered.
Outcome Summary
Participant will be able to:
- Identify the potential costs of sexual harassment complaints, both
monetary and non-monetary
- Identify who is liable if a complaint is proven
- Identify policy and procedures for handling sexual harassment complaints
Who Should Attend
All team leaders, supervisors and managers who are responsible
for other employees in a direct or indirect reporting relationship.
