Dealing With Stress
Description
This workshop focuses on stress management, both work
and non-work related. Learners identify the causes of stress and possible
reactions, as well as ways of managing stress.
Outcome Summary
Participant will be able to:
- Describe the difference between good and bad
stress
- List causes of stress (individual assessment)
- Explain how we react to stress
- List five positive and negative ways to cope with stress
- Develop a personal action plan/commitment to change
Who Should Attend
Participation is recommended for anyone who experiences
work or non-work related stress and feels a need for developing a more
effective means of stress management.
