Learners are provided with an analysis of ISO 9001, QS-9000, or ISO/TS16949. The most recent published appropriate standard is used and explained with details and information of concern. Course content includes, overview of the history, organization and benefits, the elements and guidance standards of ISO 9001, QS 9000, or ISO/TS16949, the audit process and implementation issues from an auditor’s perspective.
