Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Description An introduction to the MSA process including practice on selected types of MSA gage repeatability and reproducibility (GR&R) methods. Learners gain an understanding of the MSA process, its value and place in advanced quality planning. Learners gain practical application in inspection and testing, control of inspection, measuring, test equipment, and statistical techniques. Program content is in accordance with QS 9000 or ISO/TS16949 requirements, as stated in measurement system analysis, as published by the AIAG. Participants will receive a QS 9000 overview of requirements. In addition participants will receive the measurement system analysis guidelines including the selected MSA concepts (Bias, Repeatability) and selected MSA procedure (Range, X & R, Graphical, Attributes).
