Statistical Process Control Level 1 Description Learners are introduced to basic properties and capabilities of statistical methods as applied to: process control, process capability, recognizing special cause and common cause variation in variables and attributes data, and to react to information. Program content is in accordance with ISO 9000, ISO/ TS16949 and QS 9000 requirements.
