ISO 9001, QS 9000 or ISO/TS16949 Introduction

Description

Learners are provided with an overview to understand implementation and the continued compliance of the elements of ISO 9001, QS 9000 or ISO/TS/16949.  The appropriate standard is explained with application to each department represented. Course content will include general information, implementation issues by department, and a brief comparison to other quality standards. Also, an auditor’s perspective of quality system audits.

Participant will be able to:

  • Define their role in the quality management system

Who Should Attend

Individuals involved in the ISO 9001 or QS 9000 or ISO/TS16949 implementation and continued compliancy. Usually presented to employees as part of the information/awareness building phase of ISO introduction.
