Statistical Process Control Level 2 Description This course introduces the participant to the use of SPC implementation methods. Learners are introduced to basic properties and capabilities of statistical methods as applied to: process control, process capability, recognizing special cause and common cause variation in selected variables and attributes data, and to qualifying measurement systems for control chart applications through selection and use of company processes and outputs. This program is in accordance with ISO 9000, ISO/TS16949 and QS 9000 requirements and will include the basic concepts of statistics and proper construction of control charts.
