
The
Caregiver Resource Network is a collaboration of Kent County
organizations dedicated to providing for the needs and welfare of family and
professional caregivers within the community.
The Caregiver Resource Network is facilitated by the Grand Rapids
Community College Older Learner Center and Area Agency on Aging of Western
Michigan, which administer Title IIIE Older Americans Act National Family
Caregiver Support Program. This funding
helps to provide:
Ř Financial assistance for caregiver respite through the use of Caregiver Respite Account certificates,
Ř Innovative caregiver projects and initiatives that provide for caregiver education, support, resource referral, and wellness.
